We accept returns for product exchanges, quality assurance checks, and warranty claims.
Product Exchange
We offer a one-time complimentary exchange for LA‘PROX products if the product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery. The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Additional charges may apply for exchanges beyond the specified timeframe.
Certain products may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons. Kindly consult our customer service team for more information.
Return Instructions
Step 1: Contact our customer support team regarding your return request.
Step 2: Place the product in its original packaging and secure it properly.
Step 3: Seal the package and provide a photo of the sealed package to our support team.
Step 4: Await further instructions for the return process.
Refund Policy
At LA’PROX, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer refunds under the following conditions:
● The product received does not match the order details.
● The product is defective upon delivery and cannot be replaced.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or amend any order before payment is made. Once partial or full payment has been made, no cancellation or refund will be allowed.
